One of their main goals for 2014 was to replace different cleaning contractors with their own Panda teams and to establish consistent standards and measureable cleaning performance; this included all cleaning and floor care equipment. SACC operates to very high standards and was recently awarded the RAL quality mark certification by Hohensteln (Germany) with GZ 992/1 certification. SACC were determined to have the most upto date chemical dosing, management and reporting system for their laundry and in turn signed a supply & supply agreement with Reza Hygiene for the supply and installation of Christeyns “FLUX STAR“ dispensing system combined with the “LAUNDRY X-PERT” management information software. This system manages the costs and efficiency of the whole washing system for multiple washing machines under one central system. The X-Pert provided real time information, clear reporting and remote control and support for the whole process. Real time information and continuous information logging is available for the whole washing process, including productivity, loading, water consumption, parameters, chemical programs, article/client, alarm signals, chemical consumption and stock visualization. Reporting is real time and historical for total costs, KPI’s and easy export to Excel or pdf. A team of Reza & Christeyns engineers took 2 weeks to install and commission the system.
